01 About Us

Connectivity Plan is a specialist service operated by One Stop Consult LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 10891161.

Our registered office is 2 Short Street, Nuneaton, CV10 8JF, United Kingdom.

We provide professional connectivity plan services to support relevant requirements under Building Regulations Part R.

02 Scope of Services

Our services principally involve the preparation of connectivity plan documentation for residential developments, based on the project information and scope agreed with the customer.

The precise deliverables will be identified in our quotation or written correspondence.

Unless expressly included within the agreed quotation, our service does not automatically include:

  • Physical installation of telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Installation of cabling, ducts, connections or related equipment.
  • Telecommunications provider applications or connection charges.
  • Site surveys or investigations.
  • Building Control application or inspection fees.
  • Services outside the agreed connectivity plan scope.

Any additional requirements will be discussed and quoted separately where appropriate.

03 Quotations & Pricing

Our standard connectivity plan service is advertised from £249.99 plus VAT, subject to the development type, number of dwellings, complexity and agreed scope of works.

All enquiries are reviewed individually. Where a project falls outside our standard service scope, a different price may apply.

We will communicate the applicable quotation before any chargeable work is instructed.

All quotations are subject to any qualifications, assumptions, exclusions and validity periods stated within the individual quotation.

VAT will be applied at the prevailing rate where applicable.

No Payment Required to Enquire

Completing our website quotation form does not create an obligation to purchase our services or make payment.

04 Acceptance & Instruction

A contract for services is formed when we accept a customer's formal instruction based on an agreed quotation and scope.

Formal instructions may be provided by email or another written method accepted by our team.

We may request additional information, drawings or written clarification before commencing work.

Commencement is subject to the provision of sufficient project information and any applicable consumer cancellation requirements.

05 Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and sufficiently detailed project information to enable the agreed services to be carried out.

This may include:

  • Correct site address and development details.
  • Current architectural drawings and relevant layouts.
  • Accurate information about the number and type of dwellings.
  • Relevant project specifications and design information.
  • Any known Building Control requirements or project constraints.
  • Notification of changes affecting the project.

Customers must have the necessary permission to share drawings and documents supplied to us.

Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the preparation of the connectivity plan, programme or applicable fees.

06 Preparation & Delivery

Once instructed and provided with the necessary information, we will arrange for preparation of the connectivity plan in accordance with the agreed scope.

Any estimated completion dates or lead times will be communicated separately. Unless expressly agreed as binding, these are estimates rather than guarantees.

Timescales may be affected by incomplete project information, requested changes, technical queries or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Completed documentation will ordinarily be delivered electronically to the nominated customer contact.

07 Payment Terms

Payment is required after completion of the agreed connectivity plan service.

Once the connectivity plan has been completed, an invoice will be issued for the agreed amount, together with applicable VAT.

The payment due date and accepted payment methods will be specified in the quotation or invoice.

Customers are responsible for paying the invoiced amount by the agreed due date. If no payment date has been agreed, applicable statutory payment rules will apply.

Where an invoice is disputed in good faith, the customer should contact us promptly, explaining the reason for the dispute.

For business customers, we may exercise statutory rights in relation to overdue commercial payments where applicable.

Our Payment Process

Submit an enquiry, receive a quotation, formally instruct the service and receive an invoice following completion. No payment is collected through the website quotation form.

08 Revisions & Additional Work

Reasonable corrections required to address errors in our work against the agreed instructions and supplied project information will be dealt with without additional charge.

Changes to the original development design, revised drawings, additional plots or alterations to the agreed scope may require additional work.

We will advise where a requested change falls outside the original scope and agree any additional fees before proceeding with chargeable variations.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights a consumer may have where services have not been carried out with reasonable care and skill.

09 Cancellation & Termination

Before Formal Instruction

Customers may withdraw a quotation enquiry at any time before entering into a contract, without charge.

Business Customers

Business customers wishing to cancel an instructed service should notify us promptly in writing.

Where cancellation occurs after work has commenced, reasonable charges may apply for work properly undertaken and costs reasonably incurred up to the cancellation date, subject to the agreed contract.

Consumer Customers

Consumers entering into an eligible distance or off-premises service contract will generally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period starting from the date the contract is entered into.

Where a consumer wishes us to commence services during that period, we will seek their express request to do so and provide the relevant cancellation information and acknowledgements.

If a consumer validly cancels during the cancellation period after expressly requesting an early start, a proportionate charge may apply for services supplied up to cancellation, where permitted by law.

Where the relevant legal conditions have been satisfied, a consumer may lose the statutory cancellation right once the service has been fully performed.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts consumers' statutory cancellation rights or other legal protections.

Cancellation Requests

To request cancellation or discuss an instructed service, please email enquiries@onestopconsult.co.uk .

Final regulatory decisions remain with the relevant authorities or appointed bodies.

The customer and relevant project dutyholders remain responsible for their respective statutory obligations and the wider compliance of the development.

We will exercise reasonable care and skill in carrying out the services agreed.

Customers must ensure that drawings, specifications and other materials supplied to us may lawfully be shared and used for the project.

Subject to payment of the agreed fees, customers are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the completed connectivity plan documentation for the specific development for which it was prepared.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, documentation is not intended for reuse on separate developments without our prior consent.

Any third-party intellectual property rights remain the property of their respective owners.

12 Professional Responsibility & Liability

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill, having regard to the agreed scope and information supplied.

We are not responsible for inaccuracies arising solely from materially incorrect or incomplete information provided by others, where we could not reasonably have identified those inaccuracies.

We are not responsible for services, decisions or works undertaken independently by third parties outside our agreed scope.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of consumers, including the right to services carried out with reasonable care and skill.

Any additional limitations applicable to a business engagement must be reasonable, lawful and expressly set out in the agreed contractual documentation.

13 Events Beyond Our Control

We will not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.

Such circumstances may include significant service outages, infrastructure disruption, extreme weather or other exceptional events.

Where an event materially affects our ability to perform the service, we will aim to inform the customer and discuss appropriate next steps.

This provision does not affect any mandatory statutory rights.
