A connectivity plan is a document setting out details of the proposed electronic communications network connection and associated infrastructure for a new residential development.
Under Building Regulations Part R in England, new dwellings are subject to requirements relating to gigabit-ready physical infrastructure and connections to gigabit-capable networks, subject to the applicable provisions and exceptions. The connectivity plan provides information to support the Building Regulations application.
