Price & payment
Standard connectivity plans start from £249.99 + VAT. Larger or more complex sites are quoted on their scope, and you'll have a fixed price before any work starts.
Nothing to pay to enquire. You pay after the plan is completed.

Do I need a connectivity plan for my project?
If you are building new dwellings in England, including self-builds, Part R requirements RA1 and RA2 apply, and the connectivity plan is how you show Building Control what will be provided. New dwellings created through a material change of use are outside RA1 and RA2. See our Part R guide or conversions guide, or just ask.
Can I enquire without drawings?
Yes. Send what you have, and we'll ask for drawings or other details if we need them to prepare the plan.
Does the price include broadband installation?
No. Our service is the connectivity plan documentation. Ducting, cabling and network operator connection charges are separate and are arranged with your contractor and network operator.
